This is my virtual diary of fitness motivation and inspiration. I'm no expert, rather a determined girl re-beginning her weight-loss journey. I'm not here to aim towards a specific goal weight, but I am here to get motivated and inspired to work hard so that I can be proud of myself, so that I can be happy, feel good, look good, and be strong.

Guys, look! A little jiggle! You can see her skin bunch up when she moves! She looks real and healthy! And you know what else? She looks damn fab.

Today’s workout (5/20):

- 30 min ell
- 30 min tread (half walk, half run)
- arm rotations
- 100 crunches
- 50 squats

Just a reminder that no matter how you feel about your body, you are beautiful and worthwhile and deserving of all the things that make you feel good.

Today’s Workout (5/17):

- I freaking ran/walked 8 miles today at the county park. hell yeah, that’s what I’m talking about.
